3. Orders and Pricing

Placing Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. An order is only accepted when we confirm it in writing or begin processing.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Payment

Payment must be made in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit and debit cards. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received and cleared.

4. Artwork and Files

Artwork Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that all artwork and files supplied are:

• High resolution (300dpi minimum for print)
• In the correct format (PDF, AI, EPS, or high-resolution JPEG/PNG)
• Supplied with correct dimensions and bleed where required
• Free from errors, spelling mistakes, and formatting issues

Proofing

We provide digital proofs for approval before printing. It is your responsibility to check proofs carefully. Once approved, we cannot accept responsibility for errors that were present in the approved proof.

Copyright and Ownership

You warrant that you own or have the rights to use all artwork, images, and content provided. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from copyright infringement.

5. Production and Delivery

Production Times

Production times are estimates and begin once payment is received and artwork is approved. While we strive to meet all deadlines, production times are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We cannot accept responsibility for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by you.

6. Quality and Variations

Due to the nature of print production, minor variations may occur in:

• Colour reproduction (±10% variation is within industry standards)
• Quantity (±5% over or under run is acceptable)
• Cutting and finishing tolerances

These variations are inherent to the printing process and do not constitute defects.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled. Cancellation requests must be made in writing.

Refunds

As products are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot offer refunds unless products are defective or significantly differ from the approved proof. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Defective Products

If you believe your order is defective, please contact us immediately with photographs of the issue. We will assess the claim and, if valid, offer a reprint or refund at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of profits, business, or revenue
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
• Errors in customer-supplied artwork

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or that of our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

10. Data Protection

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
